The people in this practice go out of their way to make you comfortable and to accommodate your needs. I needed an emergency crown and was easily accommodated without any feeling of interruption to their day!! Doesn't get any better! And Diane is the queen of making you comfortable!! Much appreciation for that!

I have always felt good about the services I've received at this practice. For many years Dr Everhart was a trusted friend and my dentist. Dr Thiel was perfect to take over the practice quite a few years ago. I know and trust him for my dental services as I did Dr Everhart. Keep up the good work my friends!

I feel Dr. Theil and his staff are a very good family dental practice, and have been for almost 10 years at this point. Great dentist and great team supporting him. Additionally, Dr. Theil has been building a great future into the 21st century by remodeling his office (100% completed and looks great). He tells me he's employed specialized dental office remodelers for this task, not just general contractors, which makes a big difference..., Additionally for infection control (covid and other infectious diseases), Dr. Theil has added new dental aerosol suction systems to each of his work rooms to capture and treat aerosol particles that are emitted from patients mouths as the Dr works on patients (versus having aerosol particles leave a patient's mouth and spreading throughout the office air). I’ve been a patient of Dr Theils since he took over for Dr Everhart ! I’m so happy with the service I receive when I call and talk to Shelley - she’s so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Kellie always explains things clearly and offers advice on different options for my dental care. She makes the cleaning process so comfortable and is very friendly. When I have to have any ‘work’ done Diane is very caring - and I just love her !!! Dr Thiel is always upbeat and also very helpful when I needed a referral. Dr Thiel & staff are truly great to work with. I've been going to this office since 1986, and will continue to do so - despite it being 40+/- miles away. He is so personable!!! He is gentle with any restorative service! Just a great guy. Down-to-earth. However, takes great pride in providing state-of-the-art technology w/in the office. Dr. Thiel and Diane went far above and beyond to help my elderly mother with a difficult dental problem. I have been a patient of Dr.Thiel since he opened his practice in Worthington. Dr Thiel and his entire staff are very friendly and conscientious. I trust Dr Thiel’s diagnosis and have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I called Dr Thiel office because I have been battling ear and jaw pain for a week, I had been on antibiotics from urgent care for a week. Dr Thiel’s office got me in within the hour, checked me all out and discovered I need a root canal, walked me over to the endotontics doctors & helped me schedule a root canal appointment. Dr Thiel & his staff are a very professional and caring team who go out of their way to take care of all your dental needs promptly, gently, and with tremendous knowledge. I've been w Dr. Thiel since he came to Worthington ,and was with Dr. Everhart before that. I thought nobody would be able to take the place of Dr Everhart, but Dr Thiel has been simply awesome. I am a physician and feel I'm pretty good at evaluating fellow healthcare professionals . Dr T is very knowledgeable and very skilled. Great bedside manner in a way that instills confidence. He has done quite a bit of work on me and I have been very happy. I have referred other family members which speaks volumes in my world. Also, the staff is first class. 5 stars for all. Also I must mention the dental hygienist Kellie that I see there for my cleanings is very talented and knowledgeable. Great team!

Chipped a tooth on Easter Sunday. Called multiple offices to try to get an appointment to get it looked at and fixed, but only found out there was a 5 month wait. Found out that Dr. Thiel was in my insurance network, I had previously been a patient and didn't want to leave 5 years earlier. Gave the office a call and got an appointment to be seen 2 days after my call. Wasn't expecting it to get fixed at the 2st appt, but it got fixed and he knocked it knocked it out the park. Great dentist, great staff surrounding him. It's comforting to be back with someone I trust.

The staff here are wonderful!! The ladies that check you in always greet you with a smile & the dental hygienists are the best. I have worked with Kelly every visit & have nothing but great things to say about her! Dr. Thiel has a very calming aura and you can tell he really cares about you as a patient. Would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new dentist office.

I have gone to this practice for many, many years. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience. The receptionist, Shelly, is wonderful and helpful. The hygienists are excellent, thorough, friendly and eager to answer any and all questions. Dr. Thiel is fantastic and has a talent of balancing efficiency with warmth and true listening skills. The character limit in Google reviews could never fit the number of great things I have to say about this place. I look forward to every visit.

I was recently accepted into Dr. Thiel's practice for my first appointment, exam and a cleaning. He and the staff were professional, courteous, friendly (big smiles) and thorough. They followed appropriate protocol for my health and cancer screening. The office and operatory environment put me at ease by including a slide show of beautiful videos from around the world which were visible from the dental chair. I look forward to continuing in his office for future recall appointments and for any other dental work that I may need.

As some of you know, I was a dental hygienist in this office for many years. After I retired, I could have gone to any office, as I saw numerous examples of good and bad dentistry, but there was no doubt in my mind. Dr. Thiel is excellent in all aspects of dentistry, using state of the art equipment and always prioritizing his patient’s comfort. Along with him, as teammates, is his fabulous staff, so competent, professional and friendly. This will always be my office for my dental health.

The office of Dr Thiel has all the latest dental equipment. Most of all it has a great staff. I received a crown with one visit. It took about an hour and half to prepare the tooth, make the crown in house and put it in place. I left the office with a new crown that I could eat on immediately. One visit, one shot of pain killer instead of two of each. No waiting two or three weeks with temporary crown that may fall off.

Dr. Thiel and his staff are always kind and compassionate. They provide excellent care, hardly ever make you wait, but never cut your care short if your problem requires extra attention. They try to be as accommodating as possible to schedule you promptly for acute issues or to reschedule you if you request it. If you have a billing question, you can talk directly to someone in their office on the phone and they help you resolve any issues. A wonderful practice!

I recently had two chipped teeth that needed work. I really like Dr. Theil and his team. They got me scheduled a few days after my call. Dr. Theil used a laser technique that saved me the uncomfortable shot and resulting slober. He also takes great pics so I can see the before and after of the work. It's been a few days and the teeth feel great. All in all - another wonderful visit! I used dread going to the dentist. Now, I feel that I am in great hands.

It was my first time to experience the use of a laser in filling two cavities. It was a wonderful experience! No numbing was necessary and I certainly didn’t miss the sound of the drill! Under the older method, I would have had numbness on both sides of my mouth. Dr. Jeremy did a great job and I was able to get on with my day with no restrictions. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff!

Have been going here for years, and while I absolutely hate getting any work done, I had to get two teeth worked on this morning and Jeremy was excellent as usual. After getting both teeth worked on, one much more than the other, I cannot tell that anything was even done! Thank you, Jeremy, to you and your excellent crew!

My first experience with laser surgery to remove a cavity, instead of the usual numbing and drilling, was a wonderful experience. I have been a longtime patient in Dr. Thiel's practice and have always appreciated his staff's approach toward patient care and customer service. They are friendly, responsive, and consummate professionals. I recently fractured a tooth and needed to schedule an emergency appointment. They were able to see me much sooner than I anticipated. Using their relatively new laser equipment, Dr. Thiel and Diane talked me through the procedure and helped me understand exactly what to expect. It was a surprisingly comfortable and pain-free experience that did not even require anesthesia. Dr. Thiel was meticulous and thorough, so attentive to detail. Dr. Theil and Diane did a wonderful job during my last procedure. I was able to experience the new Laser Dental procedure that took the place of drilling to fill a cavity. It was quick and painless! Very neat! I had 3 fillings done with no anesthesia in less than 2 hours! Amazing, I won’t be opting for drilling and anesthesia any more! Laser dental is the best!

Over the years, our family has been to many dentists in the Columbus area. We made the switch to Dr. Thiel and the team at Signature Dental at least 4 years ago. Dr. Thiel is by far the BEST dentist we have ever encountered. This was apparent from the first visit when Dr. Thiel asked what I wanted from my dentist, and how could he best meet my expectations. Finally, we have seen many dentists over the years. Dr. Thiel and his team NEVER try to push-sell products or treatments, which is why we have left several other dentists. I had my first visit here yesterday and WOW was the service exceptional! I was impressed not only by the overwhelming positive environment, but more so in how thorough the cleaning I got was. My mouth has never felt fresher. The attention to detail on my gum health and overall dental health was amazing. I felt cared for, not rushed, and treated like a patient needing quality service versus just another appointment for the day. It was also nice to have all the activities explained to me so that I understood what was going into my chart and why so I knew more about my dental health than the usual pressure from any other dentist who just tells you to floss more and buy an electric toothbrush.

Going to the dentist is something that I have historically dreaded and I would typically put off visits until I had an issue that required attention. I started seeing Dr. Thiel this year and began the process of straightening my teeth with Invisalign. I have worked as a RN with older adults for over 10 years and it has taught me that taking care of my teeth needs to be a priority because I would like to have all of them left when I am older! Dr. Thiel is someone I completely trust to make this happen. One visit is all that it takes to see that his attention to detail, the pride in his work and the care for his patients - is really above and beyond. The office staff and hygienist are always warm and welcoming which makes it even better. Highly, highly recommend.

Can't say enough great things about this practice! The doctor spent the time that was required during the procedure, calling multiple audibles and never stopping until everything was corrected to perfection. Any other office would have quit to save time in order to get to the next patient, but not Dr. Thiel. It's evident the patient's outcomes are always in the best interest - and trust me (as a medical provider) that's hard to come by. Thanks for everything you guys do!

Getting a crown is an intimidating thought, but I need not have been anxious. Dianne gave me a thorough, but quick review of what the process involved. Dr. Thiel also explained my role as each step was completed. I had NO PAIN at all during the entire procedure. He is quite an expert at numbing the area being treated without even a twinge of pain. It is wonderful to complete the entire crown in one visit. As the numbing wore off, my bite felt completely normal! Outstanding! I can hardly wait until I need another one!! :-):-)

As always, Dr. Thiel and his assistant, Diane, gave me plenty of time and attention. They are always very professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. Before I leave, he always asks if I have any questions, and tells me to let them know if I have any problems. I was also impressed with how well prepared they are as far as following protocol for a safe environment during this pandemic. I felt very safe being there.

Yesterday was our 4-year-olds first dentist appointment. Dr. Thiel's office took EXCELLENT care of him! After the appointment we asked him what he thought and he said, 'at first I was thinking - ooh, I don't want to do this, but then I liked it!' A couple hours later he asked when we can go back again. I was a bit anxious about having my teeth cleaned while concerns about the COVID-19 virus continue. I needn't have worried. I broke a piece of my tooth off on a popcorn kernel. I arrived at the office at 7:30 am for a crown to save further damage to the molar. With absolutely no pain or discomfort I left the office at 9:30 am with a completed crown! Covid-19 protocol was strictly followed and I felt safe and well protected. I was able to chew food immediately and had no discomfort the rest of the day. Impressive experience !

My experience was just like it always is "great". With the added things to their daily routine the staff are still as nice and personable as ever. They don't let the protective gear get in the way of treating their clients. I always feel that they take the time to ask how you are doing and they really listen to what you have to say. Dr. Thiel and his entire staff takes numerous precautions to protect his patients and staff. His staff is so professional and kind. At my last visit my hygienist found a loose crown so he, with the help of his staff, dropped everything else and fixed it immediately! They did not want me to take a chance of swallowing it. The staff is fantastic and all the equipment is up to date. Over the past 3 weeks I had multiple cavities filled and a complete front tooth crown installed. 100% satisfaction with the entire treatment plan and finished work. More than impressed with the gentleness, sensitivity to my comfort, and most of all that I had no pain or discomfort after the local wore off! All three treatments (left side, right side, and front tooth) were consistent with quality and comfort! Highly recommended! Thanks to each and every one of you!!! See you soon for my next cleaning 🙂

My dental hygienist is just the best. Very gentle but thorough and I always feel well taken care of. Then, Dr. Thiel also thoroughly re-examined my mouth. I am greeted so warmly by everyone in the office and feel so at home there. Each and every person is so great at what they do and are just wonderful human beings.

I usually don't write reviews but Signature Dental, with Dr. Thiel and his staff, meets all my expectations by their ability to personalize the experience. I don't know if anyone looks forward to a trip to the dentist but I certainly don't mind going. I know my needs and questions will be addressed in a professional and caring way. Caitlyln did an excellent job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. I could tell she really got after my plaque...in a good way! Yay. Of course the whole staff is so kind, and Dr. Thiel always takes time to answers all my questions about maintaining and improving the health of my teeth with helpful responses.

The entire staff at Signature Dental is wonderful, and we always receive excellent treatment. The office is well run, efficient and friendly. Dr. Thiel is an awesome dentist. I have been in the military, and Dr. Thiel is one of few dentists that give back to those who have served. All of the staff are very professional, yet very friendly and attuned to you as well as explaining everything that is going on. 5-STARS - Dr. Jeremy Thiel and his staff are amazing! Friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable. My daughter has had a few freak accidents that involved tooth trauma and each time Dr Jeremy has been our saving grace...more so for my wife and I!!! I can tell you every time we drive down High St my daughter (age 5) yells out in excitement "Look, Dr Jeremy's office!". Without hesitation, you will be in great hands if you have Dr Thiel has your dentist!

I have one word for you.....AMAZING! I was scared of dentist but not anymore! They really care about your teeth. I've been to other places and I was told I needed all kinds of teeth pulled and bridges and this and that and that is not what you get here. I actually told them today that NONE of them can ever retire at least until my teeth are all gone! I absolutely am so grateful to have found them!

Wonderful Dentist Signature Dental is a great dentistry practice. There are a lot of dentists out there, but none can compare to the excellent treatment I have received over the years. They were well-organized, on time, and helpful. I am handicapped and they went to great lengths to make me comfortable. The billing staff were very open and helpful, First session was emergency in March 2012, about six sessions between then and October 28, 2013 for cleaning, filling, and two crowns.
