I've been w Dr. Thiel since he came to Worthington ,and was with Dr. Everhart before that. I thought nobody would be able to take the place of Dr Everhart, but Dr Thiel has been simply awesome. I am a physician and feel I'm pretty good at evaluating fellow healthcare professionals . Dr T is very knowledgeable and very skilled. Great bedside manner in a way that instills confidence. He has done quite a bit of work on me and I have been very happy. I have referred other family members which speaks volumes in my world. Also, the staff is first class. 5 stars for all. Also I must mention the dental hygienist Kellie that I see there for my cleanings is very talented and knowledgeable. Great team!

Dr. Thiel and his Staff at Signature Dental always make for a wonderful experience in Dental Care. Every person on the Staff is so Kind and Caring. The office visit feels like you are at Home! You will fall in Love with this Dental Office after your first visit. You will become one of the Family after your second!

I have always felt good about the services I've received at this practice. For many years Dr Everhart was a trusted friend and my dentist. Dr Thiel was perfect to take over the practice quite a few years ago. I know and trust him for my dental services as I did Dr Everhart. Keep up the good work my friends!

Signature Dental has done my dental care since Dr. Thiel took over the practice from Dr. Everhart, who had been my dentist for several years. Both practices have been terrific. The staff is very professional and equally as friendly!! They explain everything that they are doing for my care and then do it carefully and painlessly. I honestly like going to the dentist because I go here.

I just started seeing Dr.Thiel and his amazing team. I have struggled with a previously chipped front tooth, where the filling started to wear down. I hardly smiled for photos anymore. I had the tooth fixed yesterday and WOW. I could not be more happy. I can’t stop smiling now. This team is so amazing and Dr.Thiel is wonderful. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Update on 4/1/2025: Dr Theils team now uses laser technology to replace the old needles, novacaine and bur drilling for lighter cavities and replacing chipped teeth ! Woo-hoo !!!! No more novacaine and needles at the dental office. Dr. Theils practice is only four practicing dental offices in central Ohio, I'm told. Kudos to Dr. Theil !!! Original: I feel Dr. Theil and his staff are a very good family dental practice, and have been for almost 10 years at this point. Great dentist and great team supporting him. Additionally, Dr. Theil has been building a great future into the 21st century by remodeling his office (100% completed and looks great). He tells me he's employed specialized dental office remodelers for this task, not just general contractors, which makes a big difference..., Additionally for infection control (covid and other infectious diseases), Dr. Theil has added new dental aerosol suction systems to each of his work rooms to capture and treat aerosol particles that are emitted from patients mouths as the Dr works on patients (versus having aerosol particles leave a patient's mouth and spreading throughout the office air). His thinking and actions will enable Dr. Theil to do well throughout his career. Kudos Dr. Theil -

Kellie, my hygienist, is an absolute star! She’s thorough and truly makes the cleaning process as comfortable as possible. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and offered helpful tips for maintaining my oral health at home. It’s clear she’s passionate about her work and cares deeply for her patients. Dr. Thiel is equally amazing! It’s so refreshing to have a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. The entire team is fantastic, and the office is clean, modern, and inviting. If you’re looking for a dental practice that combines skill, kindness, and a personal touch, look no further than Dr. Thiel and his amazing team. The most Gentle dentist. Dr.Thiel is kind, knowledgeable and uses the most up to date technology. The staff are efficient and friendly. I needed to get seen between the holiday and they found a time to fit me in and get my problem fixed. No pain and no shots. In and out quickly. Highly recommend this office staff and doctor.

The most comfortable I’ve felt at a dental office! From Shelly at the front desk, to every hygienist (I had Kelly today), to Dr. Thiel, each member of this team is attentive and kind. They personalize each experience according the needs of each patient. They have worked with me on flexible payment plans for more expensive procedures if my situation necessitates it. They speak on my level, offer helpful tips and tricks, and remember details about my life and individual preferences. I work in healthcare and know this is not always easy to do. The people in this practice go out of their way to make you comfortable and to accommodate your needs. I needed an emergency crown and was easily accommodated without any feeling of interruption to their day!! Doesn't get any better! And Diane is the queen of making you comfortable!! Much appreciation for that!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Theils since he took over for Dr Everhart ! I’m so happy with the service I receive when I call and talk to Shelley - she’s so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Kellie always explains things clearly and offers advice on different options for my dental care. She makes the cleaning process so comfortable and is very friendly. When I have to have any ‘work’ done Diane is very caring - and I just love her !!! Dr Thiel is always upbeat and also very helpful when I needed a referral. It’s just a great team and I feel like they are like family to me ! Thank you all for being such an awesome team!!

Dr Thiel & staff are truly great to work with. I've been going to this office since 1986, and will continue to do so - despite it being 40+/- miles away. He is so personable!!! He is gentle with any restorative service! Just a great guy. Down-to-earth. However, takes great pride in providing state-of-the-art technology w/in the office. The entire office are all so sweet and personable. They ALL care about us as patients, but ALSO as just people.

Dr. Thiel and Diane went far above and beyond to help my elderly mother with a difficult dental problem. They made special arrangements for her care that would cause the least impact to her daily needs. They gave us a couple options so she could choose which would work out the best for her. I have been a patient of Dr.Thiel since he opened his practice in Worthington. Dr Thiel and his entire staff are very friendly and conscientious. I trust Dr Thiel’s diagnosis and have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I especially like that Dr Thiel reinvests in his practice to offer the “latest and greatest “equipment and procedures.Many people are hesitant to visit the dentist because of past experiences. I suggest that you give Dr Thiel a try, I am confident that you will be pleased.

Chipped a tooth on Easter Sunday. Called multiple offices to try to get an appointment to get it looked at and fixed, but only found out there was a 5 month wait. Found out that Dr. Thiel was in my insurance network, I had previously been a patient and didn't want to leave 5 years earlier. Gave the office a call and got an appointment to be seen 2 days after my call. Wasn't expecting it to get fixed at the 2st appt, but it got fixed and he knocked it knocked it out the park. Great dentist, great staff surrounding him. It's comforting to be back with someone I trust.

The staff here are wonderful!! The ladies that check you in always greet you with a smile & the dental hygienists are the best. I have worked with Kelly every visit & have nothing but great things to say about her! Dr. Thiel has a very calming aura and you can tell he really cares about you as a patient. Would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new dentist office.

I have gone to this practice for many, many years. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience. The receptionist, Shelly, is wonderful and helpful. The hygienists are excellent, thorough, friendly and eager to answer any and all questions. Dr. Thiel is fantastic and has a talent of balancing efficiency with warmth and true listening skills. The character limit in Google reviews could never fit the number of great things I have to say about this place. I look forward to every visit.
